The award-winning Colombian born guitarist and Multi talented Artist Nilko Andreas has been praised as an “electrifying performer for his powerful stage presence and spontaneity that grows irresistible”. Since his Carnegie hall debut in 2009 performing with the “Azlo Orchestra”, Nilko Andreas has been captivating audiences world-wide as a soloist and chamber musician. He has recorded music with multi-platinum artists and composed music for films, theater and solo artists. Upcoming engagements include European tour during the 2012 season, concerts in Brazil as well as Performing at Carnegie Hall with the Azlo Orchestra in NYC in 2011. Also Nilko Andreas will be curating a concert series and performing Thursday evenings in Tribeca at "The Theater" starting October 13th. |

Awarded several awards including "The Recognition Award" by the city of New York for his contributions to the Arts. Born in Colombia Nilko Andreas has great interest for the composers of Latin America, constantly commissioning and premiering new works. Upcoming engagements include European tour with Austrian Violist Firmian Lermer during the 2012 season and concerts in Brazil with Mariuccia Iacovino Symphonic orchestra and soprano Angelica de la Riva, engagemens in Colombia, Switzerland as well as Performing at Carnegie Hall with the Azlo Orchestra in NYC in 2011.
